Your encapsulating clear should be a automotive grade, solvent based, fast drying, UV protection providing SPEED clear coat.  
It will act as a protective barrier for LumiLor and encapsulates the current preventing electrical shock.

Follow the application guidelines from the chosen automotive clear coat manufacturer and make sure to fully encapsulate the connection site area.
